When are final guest counts & catering decisions due?
We require final headcounts and meal selections 10 business days before your scheduled event. This allows our culinary team to prepare specialty menu items accurately based on confirmation numbers.
How do I reserve a hotel room block?
Occasio proudly partners with Mantra Hotel up the road from our venue. Your planning concierge facilitates reserving discounted suites and rooms for your wedding guests.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, our venue offers plenty of free parking in both the front lot upon arrival as well as a rear parking garage connected directly to Occasio’s grand ballroom and regent spaces via an interior hallway.
